May 1, 2012 is Labor day in the Philippines which means its a non working holiday. But May 1, 2012 falls on Tuesday of the week. Will it move to Monday, April 30, 2012?
May 1, 2012 (Labor Day), was listed in Proclamation 295, signed late last year, November 24, 2011, by President Aquino, listing the special and regular public holidays in the Philippines for the calendar year 2012.
In the administration of former president, Arroyo, a lot of regular and special non-working holidays were moved to either Monday or Friday in observance of Holiday Economics Law. Let see if this holiday will be move on the earlier date or not.
